If you need to cancel your appointment

1. You may cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the appointment time without penalty.

2. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation Fee comprising 30% of the voucher price is charged and is payable when you arrive for your appointment. It's unlikely we will re-fill that appointment time at such short notice

3. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a Cancellation Fee comprising 100% of the voucher price paid is charged.
